Aim3 values your privacy and is designed with data minimization.

1. Data We Process

• Daily goals, completion status, and app preferences (for example notification time, language, theme, haptics, premium unlock state) are stored locally on your device.
• Widget data is shared locally between the app and widget via Apple App Group storage on your device.
• In-app purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• If you contact support by email, we process your email address and message content only to respond.

1. Data We Do Not Use

• No third-party ads.
• No third-party analytics SDKs.
• No tracking across apps or websites.

1. iCloud / Cloud Sync

• As of February 14, 2026, Aim3 does not use CloudKit to sync your goal data between devices.
• Depending on your Apple backup settings, iOS device backups may include app data.

1. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your goal data with third parties for advertising.
• Apple may process data necessary to provide platform services such as App Store purchases.

1. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app.
